Another example our R&D is pushing the boundaries of innovation on both methodologies and commercial applications. This is not only just a demo result but also a nice IEEE Control System Tech. journal (for the bookshelf :) . Our developing Sim2Real and autocalibration control technologies can drastically reduce time and cost for engineers when moving from simulation to real-world testing. The method is for wide range of applications, not only autonomous driving.
This is also a nice collaboration example between Siemens Digital Industries Software and KU Leuven, within the EU ELOX Project.
